Private Room Package

Enjoy the full conference experience with maximum comfort and privacy. This package includes:

Access to all conference events: presentations, workshops, and special sessions.
Private accommodation for four nights at Eco Hotel Terrabella. The room includes one queen-size bed, suitable for a couple or one adult with a baby.
Delicious meals, snacks, and refreshments throughout the event:
- Afternoon snacks and refreshments on arrival day (November 4).
- Dinner on November 4.
- Three full meals daily (November 5-7).
- Breakfast and midday snacks on November 8.

Some of the private rooms feature hot tubs, which will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If this is important to you, booking early is recommended!

If you’re traveling with a family member, booking a private room is required to ensure a comfortable stay. Please note the following:

There is no additional charge for the accommodation of your family member.
Be sure to add the Meals Only for Non-Attendees (6 years and older) option (CAD 157) at checkout to cover meals for your accompanying family member.

By registering for this event, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below:

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:
If you are unable to attend, you may request a refund for registration fees, minus a 20% administrative fee, until May 1st, 2025.
Non-Refundable Expenses:
Refunds will not be issued for any expenses beyond registration fees, such as travel, accommodations, or incidental costs.
Refund Consideration:
Justisse reserves the right to extend refunds in select circumstances at its sole discretion. Each request is assessed individually, and offering a refund, credit, or discount in one situation does not create an obligation to do so in others.

Photo and Video Consent

By registering for the conference:

You grant permission to Justisse to use photographs, video, and audio recordings of the event—including those that may include your likeness—in future marketing, promotions, advertising, and training materials.
This consent applies worldwide and without the requirement of further compensation or notification.

Event Participation

Code of Conduct:
All attendees must maintain a respectful and inclusive environment. Justisse reserves the right to deny entry or remove participants engaging in inappropriate or disruptive behavior.
Changes to Schedule:
Justisse reserves the right to modify the event schedule, speaker lineup, or other details without prior notice if necessary.

COVID-19 or Force Majeure

In the event of disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances such as pandemics or natural disasters, Justisse reserves the right to adapt the event format, reschedule, or cancel. Refunds may not be issued beyond what is detailed in the Refund Policy.
