How to Apply

If you meet the program requirements and are ready to apply, follow these steps:

To fulfill the Prerequisites, we ask that you:

c. Have charted your menstrual cycles (using any fertility awareness method) for a minimum of 6 cycles.

Complete Your Application
The HRHP Training Program has two start dates: April 1st and October 1st. The application deadline for an April 1st start is January 31st, and July 31st for an October 1 start date.

Prepare the following information for your application:
a. List specific work and study experience and/or training and evaluation that you have in the fields of female biology, female reproductive health and fertility, but also other relevant areas such as nutritional and complementary medicine or research in physiology, endocrinology, anatomy, or biochemistry.
b. List significant texts you have studied in the above-mentioned areas.
c. Provide copies of transcripts from any formal education (degrees, certificates, diplomas) and name the program and institution/organization along with your grades or outcome of evaluation, or a reference letter for any educational experience that did not result in a certificate.
d. Provide letters of reference from mentors/supervisors for non-formal or institutionalized educational experiences (if applicable).
e. Include a character reference from two persons who are not your relatives. These letters should detail the referees’ field of work and their relationship with you. These references must be sent directly to us, not as part of your application package.

g. Attach a 1500-word statement of intent, explaining your motivation to become an HRHP and your aspirations in contributing to the field.
