My name is Allison and I’m the founder and director of Blue Poppy Health. I love talking about sexual health, hormones, fertility, and menstruation, and I want to share my knowledge with you!

I’m a certified Holistic Reproductive Health Pracitioner trained at the Justisse College and I have a Masters in Human Sexuality and Sexual Health Education from the University of Sydney.

My mission is to teach fertility awareness and body literacy to empower everyone in their relationship with their bodies, fertility, menstruation, and sexual health.
