I am a pharmacist (Ph.D.), HRHP and FAE passionate about holistic health and wellbeing, including nutrition, and of course and especially fertility! <3

I teach in Finnish and English and offer group courses as well as private sessions. Besides teaching fertility awareness, I also offer consultations on reproductive health and hormone tests. I have done an in depth training on comprehensive Dutch hormone tests (by Nordic Laboratories). As a legalized pharmacist, I am able to give information/counselling on medicines. However, my own work is based on natural approaches. 

With my Ph.D./researcher background, I understand science and I am critical about sources of health information. I also know the limitations of science and understand & respect individuality. Our body is an amazing and complex entity.
