I have been passionately learning about women’s health for over 15 years, seeking to better understand how things like diet, stress, sleep, movement, joy, sensuality, or confidence affect our cycles and our relationship to our cycling bodies.
Body literacy and fertility awareness are the keystones to overall health and, sadly, often the missing parts of the conversation. No one nutrition or exercise protocol is right for everyone and to assume so does us all a disservice; Every body has its own story to tell, and our menstrual cycle health directly reflects that story. All we need to do is learn to listen.
I am a Justisse College trained Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioner and Fertility Awareness Educator, a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Yoga and Mindfulness Teacher, and hold a Bachelors of Science in Reproductive Biology and Nutrition. I am also the creatrix of Her Mala, a line of mala jewelry made with love and inspired by the feminine.
And, above all, I am a mother.
And a friend.
In my practice I pull from my knowledge base to offer you an integrative and holistic approach to wellness. I create a safe space for my clients, free from bias or judgement, that supports reproductive freedom and body literacy.
My role is to educate & support you in making informed choices when it comes to your fertility & reproductive health, whether you are looking for a natural (and effective) birth control option, to improve your menstrual health, connect with your body on a deeper level, or achieve pregnancy.
