Lana Joy Parra
Lana has championed reproductive health, body literacy, and reproductive justice throughout her life; a commitment that led her to graduate from Justisse College in 2022. As Interim Managing Director, she brings a relational, systems-minded approach to guiding the College through its next phase of growth and institutional evolution.
Drawing on her background in organizational strategy, governance, facilitation, and community-based leadership, Lana works to strengthen the structures that advance Justisse's mission while fostering a collaborative environment where faculty, graduates, and students can thrive.
Interim Managing DirectorSuvi Lehtilä
Suvi first joined Justisse College as faculty in 2021.
As Head of Education, Suvi is committed to high‑quality education and innovation within Justisse’s training programs and other offerings. Her work is informed by long-standing engagement with the intersections of women’s health, society, and education.
With an academic background spanning linguistics, social sciences, women’s and gender studies, and, currently, public health, she brings an interdisciplinary perspective to the fertility awareness educator training and curriculum design.
Head of Education
Alison is a strategic communications leader known for navigating high-stakes environments during periods of institutional transformation. Her tenure at Vancouver Coastal Health, Alberta Health, and the Ontario Ministry of Health saw her lead critical public health initiatives—from managing crisis communications during the pandemic to building public trust during the provincial rollout of the electronic health record. Beyond her health sector expertise, Alison has served as Director of Communications for both Alberta University of the Arts and the University of Calgary. She currently shares her expertise as a professor of Strategic Communications at Capilano University.
Director of CommunicationsAlison Fraser, MA, MBA
Meghan has been with Justisse College since 2019 and credits charting with helping her conceive her three babies. Prior to working with JCI she was a laboratory biologist, postpartum doula, and breastfeeding counselor. She is dedicated to supporting the College’s mission to empower future generations to have agency over their bodies and health through fertility awareness.
Executive AdministratorMeghan Vyleta, PhD
Vanessa Castillo is a 2020 graduate of Justisse College. She is the founder of Consciencia Fértil, a Spanish-language platform dedicated to cycle education, and the host of the podcast Hormonas en Sintonía. Through her courses, talks, and ongoing creative projects, Vanessa works full time to expand access to body literacy and honour the intelligence of the menstrual cycle.

Jenny Koos
CORE CURRICULUM & INTERNSHIPS
Jenny began her studies with Justisse in 2009, and became a faculty member in 2018. In Sweden, she has championed fertility awareness and women’s empowerment through body literacy in countless debates, lectures & webinars, client sessions and social media for 15 years. Her first book “Fertilitetsförståelse” (“Fertility Awareness”) was published in 2022. -
Lisa Leger
CORE CURRICULUM & INTERNSHIPS
Lisa was in the first class of Justisse Method teacher trainers to graduate in 1989 and has practiced ever since; providing private consultations, public education and professional training in holistic reproductive health. She has managed supplement stores and worked in community pharmacy, receiving further training and insights from clinicians about natural health products. Lisa hosts public events to share her ideas about building a bridge between natural and conventional medicine. -

Geneviéve Rajoy
CORE CURRICULUM & INTERNSHIPS
Geneviève has been working with menstrual cycles and fertility since 2009. She began her studies at Justisse College International in 2013, and became a faculty member in 2021. As the first secular certificated fertility awareness educator in Ecuador, her purpose is to continue to bring this essential information to Spanish-speaking countries, and help to train more HRHPs in South America. -

Suvi Lehtilä
CORE CURRICULUM & INTERNSHIPS
Suvi began her studies with Justisse in 2014 and joined the Justisse faculty in 2021. She was the first professionally trained fertility awareness educator in Finland and a founding member of the Nordic Union for Fertility Awareness that promotes evidence-based education in fertility awareness based methods and natural fertility management in the Nordic countries. She has a special interest in different fertility awareness based methods and their application for populations with varying needs.

Michelle Soto
HUMAN SEXUALITY
Michelle is a Justisse Method Instructor, educator, and reproductive justice advocate with a background in reproductive and maternal health in the Amazon. She graduated from Justisse College in 2020 and completed a postgraduate diploma in Comprehensive Sexual Education at FLACSO (Argentina) in 2024. -

Colleen Holland
REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH
Colleen is a doctor of chiropractic specializing in a physiological and metabolic approach to reproductive health since 2001 and is a 2018 graduate of Justisse College. In her role with JCI, she contributes to the root cause understanding of fertility challenges by developing holistic health curricula and coordinating a continuing education program for its students and graduates. She also maintains a private practice in Colorado, USA where her passions are preconception planning , mitochondrial function, and complex health issues.

Carolina Andrei Fischmann Luna
PERSONAL CHARTING INSTRUCTOR
Carolina is a dietitian and anthropologist, specialized in gender studies and menstrual and reproductive health. She is a Justisse 2018 graduate the first secular fertility awareness educator in Brazil. Her goal is to provide evidence-based care through a reproductive justice perspective.
